Happy School Bus Driver Appreciation Day! We are beyond thankful for all that our bus drivers do for our Wildcats. They deserve to be celebrated today and every single day.

We are proud to share this exciting news! The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce has selected Weaver Middle School as a Purple Star School for the Class of 2026.

Our official letter shared: “I am pleased to inform you that the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce has selected Weaver Middle School as a Purple Star School for the Class of 2026. Ohio's Purple Star Advisory Board set strict criteria that schools must meet to be eligible for a Purple Star designation, and I am proud to announce that your school has successfully met these standards. I applaud and appreciate your commitment to serving military-connected students and families…The Purple Star award signifies your school's proven commitment to serving these students and families.”

We are extending our Hope Squad spirit week t-shirt sale into Monday! On Wednesday (4/15), we will participate in the state-wide “Purple Up” spirit day to support military families. Go Cats!

“Have a great day… ANNNND… Go Cats!” That is a phrase students hear often on the PA 📢 at the end of the school day. On Fridays, we now have students coming down to share “Go Cats” in different languages to add to our school pride. We are proud of our Wildcats!
