March 25th Dodgeball Tournament 6pm-8pm

Dodgeball Tournament 2026 On Wednesday, March 25th from 6:00pm-8:00pm Hilliard Station will be having a friendly dodgeball tournament! There will be teams of students and teachers competing. From 5:30-8:30pm PTO is looking for volunteers who can help collect admissions to the tournament and sell items at the concession stand...

Missed out on spirit wear this year? No worries, the PTO has you covered. We will be selling T-shirts on Feb 27th at lunch. We have sizes ranging from youth XL to adult L. We will have a basic grey option for $15 and a black tie dye option for $20. Cash or check (made payable to Hilliard Station 6th Grade PTO) only please!

Station Book Fair Feb 2nd- Feb 6th

The book fair has returned to Station. Students will be visiting the book fair through their Language Arts classes, but by popular request we are also returning with our VIP Lunch!

VIP Lunch - Browse the Bookfair and have lunch with your student!

Our Cougar students may invite ONE special person, their VIP guest, to join them for Bookfair Browsing and Lunch on Wednesday, February 4, Thursday, February 5, or Friday, February 6.
Students are permitted to have ONE guest on ONE of these dates, not multiple days due to space.

For Team A, R and U
Browsing the book fair will be from 10:49 - 11:11, lunch will follow from 11:11 - 11:33.

For Teams C, O and G
Browsing the book fair will be from 11:36 - 11:58, lunch will follow from 11:58 - 12:20.

The VIP who attends MUST bring their driver's license to check in. Due to space, we can only permit ONE adult on one day per student, no siblings are allowed to attend. VIP guests are permitted to bring lunch for their students if they wish. All students will still be able to buy a regular school lunch or pack a lunch. VIP guests are invited to stay and have lunch with their student after browsing the book fair but are not required.

Directions for day of:
Upon arrival to the main entrance (door A1, by the flagpole), our VIP guests will check in with their driver's license. Once checked in you will meet your student in the IDC for browsing. Once browsing is complete, VIPs are welcome, but not required, to stay and have lunch with their student. Once lunch is over, we will ask our VIP guests to sign-out in the main office and exit out the main door.

We look forward to seeing our Cougars and their VIP guests next week!

It’s time for another Treat Train for our dedicated teachers and staff! This time, the theme is afternoon snacks. Please purchase items from our Amazon Wishlist and they will be delivered directly to the building for distribution. Items may also be purchased in-store and dropped off in the office. Collection of snacks runs from January 16 until January 26. Teachers will enjoy their treats on January 28 & 29. We appreciate your support!
