The summer has flown by and we are ready for school to start. Year 16 is in the books and I can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for us this year.

We still have seats available in grades 2 through 6, and would love for your kids to join us.

I just received notification that the Opportunity Scholarship is still accepting applications until this Friday, August 14th. The Opportunity Scholarship will cover a big portion, if not all, of the tuition and fees for your child to attend private school. Check them out at www.ncseaa.edu, and if you have questions about the scholarship or about our school, we'd be glad to help. Just give us a call at 828-397-3075.

There are state programs to help you pay for private school in NC. School Choice makes a big difference! Every child learns differently and a standard public school classroom may not be the best fit for your children.

At ROC Christian Academy, we use a more individualized approach to learning. We test each student to place them in the level that works best for them. We find any learning gaps and work together to fill those gaps. A student will master concepts before advancing to more difficult work. Each student is uniquely created by God and has their own abilities. A student can be in level 3 Math, Science, and Social Studies but place in level 4 English and Literature. They are each unique and require an individualized approach to their learning.

So, if you're looking for something different and aren't sure how you can make it happen, apply for the NC Opportunity Scholarship and see how you can make a change. All students in NC are qualified to receive funding. Check out Www.ncseaa.edu for more information about funding. Apply by March 6th for the 25/26 school year.

And, if you'd like more information about ROC Christian Academy give me a call at 828-397-3075.

Applications are now open for the following higher education programs: Forgivable Education Loans for Service … Read more
