🐎☀️ SUMMER STAMPEDE UPDATE ☀️🐎

The herd is MOVING! Since June 8th, our PFT community has already logged 357.05 miles and we’re just getting started.

A huge shoutout to our current leaderboard leaders and everyone who’s been consistently putting in the work. Every mile counts, whether you’re at the top of the board or chasing your next personal milestone.

We’ve got 7 weeks left until the finish line on August 16th, which means there’s still plenty of time to climb the rankings, hit new goals, and keep stacking miles.

Stay consistent.
Stay hungry.
Finish strong. 💪⚡️

Happy Father’s Day to all of the amazing dads out there—especially the ones who continue to show up inside these four walls.

The dads who lead by example.
The dads who teach that hard work matters.
The dads who make time for their health so they can show up for the people who matter most.
Every workout is another lesson your kids are watching.

Not sure who needs to hear this, but complaining and quitting are not the same thing.

At our gym, we’ve got a simple philosophy:

You can complain about the workout.You can complain about the burpees.You can complain about the coach’s life choices when they put your least favorite movement on the board.

But you still do the work.

Because around here, we don’t suffer in silence—and we definitely don’t suffer alone.

The best part of training together isn’t that it’s always easy. It’s having a room full of people willing to tackle hard things side by side, while providing a little commentary along the way.

Athletes complain.Coaches complain.Everyone laughs.The work gets done.

And that’s what community looks like.

Complain if you need to.Encourage the person next to you.Then finish what you started.

What is it about the almighty pull-up?

It’s one of the purest expressions of strength.

You versus gravity.

The pull-up reminds us that strength isn’t just about what we can lift—it’s about what we’re capable of carrying!

And as the years go by, that ability matters more and more.

The almighty pull-up.
Simple. Humbling. Timeless.

Maybe that’s why we keep chasing them.

Tried a gym before and it didn’t stick?

It wasn’t you.

Most people blame themselves — think they just don’t have enough discipline, enough motivation, enough willpower.

But that’s not always the real problem.

Often the real problem is environment. No coaching. No community. No plan. Just a membership card and a room full of equipment you’re supposed to figure out on your own.

That’s not a gym. That’s a storage unit you pay monthly for.

Not all sunshine and rainbows… but pretty close. ☀️

Yes, we work hard here.
We lift, run, row, and challenge ourselves every day.

But we also cheer each other on, share a lot of laughs, and create an environment people actually look forward to being a part of.

Fitness is better when you’re surrounded by good people!

Physical therapy gets you cleared.
Performance training gets you back to your sport.
Returning to play after a major injury requires more than being pain-free. It takes rebuilding strength, confidence, power, agility, and the ability to handle the demands of competition.
At six months post patellar tendon repair, we’re focused on bridging the gap between rehab and full return to sport. This phase is where athletes regain trust in their bodies and prepare for the physical demands of their sport.
Too often, the journey ends when physical therapy ends. We believe that’s where the next chapter begins.
