Our days look like:
🎨 Paint-covered hands
🌿 Outdoor exploring
🧸 Snuggles, stories, and big feelings
💛 Supporting kids ages 6 months–4 years as they grow

We’re looking for people who are calm, patient, creative—and genuinely love being with young children (even on the hard days).

This is not a “sit behind a desk” job. It’s real, meaningful, sometimes messy work that matters.

Brrr… it’s winter wonder time! 💙
Our room is sparkling with icy blues, soft textures, and tiny hands hard at play. From a squishy winter ball pit to glittery sensory bins, our littlest learners are exploring, scooping, wiggling, and wondering their way through the season.

Sensory play helps little ones build coordination, curiosity, and confidence — and it’s a whole lot more fun when it sparkles ✨

We love creating spaces where childhood feels cozy, magical, and full of discovery — a place where learning can glow, sparkle, and shine.

Wild Grace is hiring! We are looking for a full-time co-lead teacher. Our days are filled with exploration, movement, and lots of laughter. Looking for someone with energy and creativity, who isn't afraid to dig in the dirt for worms, go on bear hunts, do the tick tock yoga clock, aaannnnddd change diapers.

We are hiring! Looking for full and part time teachers and teacher assistants. Summer is the best time to play at Wild Grace. Our days are filled with painting, building, climbing, swinging, digging, walking, reading, exploring, singing, and laughing! Must be patient, caring, calm, flexible, and reliable. Infant and child CPR required. Must be able and willing to pass a background check by DCFS.
