East Windsor Regional School District

On June 6, sixty Hightstown High School choir students traveled to NYC for a rare and unforgettable opportunity: performing on the historic stage of Carnegie Hall. The HHS Advanced Choir & Schola Cantorum students performed the Vivaldi Gloria. Joining with three other ensembles to form a powerhouse choir of over 100 voices. The choir included two groups from Puerto Rico and one from Orlando, Florida, with our New Jersey contingent proudly making up the largest portion of the ensemble. The combined choir delivered a spectacular performance, filling the historic auditorium with incredible energy and an unforgettable night. Beyond the music, it was a fantastic opportunity for our students to collaborate and connect with fellow musicians from across the country and Puerto Rico.

An undertaking of this scale requires immense effort, and the HHS Music Department is incredibly grateful to the parents, chaperones, administration, and community members who supported our singers every step of the way.

Congratulations to Anthony Benitez and Danny Krier on making the 2026 Mercer County Carpenter Cup team! Game 1 of the tournament will be on June 9.

Today, officers from the East Windsor Police Department attended Career Day at Kreps Middle School. The officers in attendance once attended Kreps themselves, making it a special opportunity to come back and connect with students.

We hope today’s outreach inspired the next generation of homegrown East Windsor police officers.
