Dear Henry Hudson Tri-District Education Foundation Supporters,
With a heavy heart, we are posting to share the news that, after 12 successful years of supporting STEAM programs in our local schools, the Henry Hudson Tri-District Education Foundation is sunsetting.
This decision comes as our current board members reach the end of their terms as defined by our bylaws. While we actively sought new leadership to continue our mission, the challenge of identifying new members is a testament to the vibrancy of our community; many parents and neighbors are already deeply involved in active PTOs, school boards, and other vital student-centered organizations.
We have truly enjoyed partnering with Atlantic Highlands Elementary School, Highlands Elementary School, and Henry Hudson Regional High School. Together, we have bolstered STEAM programs and hosted beloved community traditions like the Cardboard Boat Regatta and Chilifest. We are currently seeking a new steward for the Regatta, and we are pleased to announce that the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County (MHA) will be taking over the annual Chilifest. Stay tuned for further event details from their team.
Our Legacy of Support
Founded in 2014, the Henry Hudson Tri-District Education Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities. Since its inception, we have raised and disbursed over $170,000 to support innovative ideas, equipment, and programs aligned with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), as well as enriching athletic programs. These contributions have made a lasting, positive impact on the education of both teachers and students across our community.
We are incredibly thankful for our past local sponsors and the attendees of our past events who supported us along the way, and we extend our deepest gratitude to all the Foundation’s past Trustees and Executive Board members for their dedication.

Unique STEM field trips, including iFly Physics experiences
Robotics equipment, competitions, and Escape Room learning tools
