The backpacks are out, the campus is full, and somehow it already feels like we never left.

Some places you leave. Some places never really leave you. 🌳

Before we turn the page to a new school year, we're looking back at a pretty special summer afternoon.

Earlier this summer, alumni, former families, faculty, and friends came home to Chinquapin to celebrate Bill and Kathy and the many years they spent pouring into this community.

Put a few generations of Burrs back on campus together, and suddenly the stories start coming back, old classmates pick up right where they left off, and everyone remembers just how many memories live in this little place.

You may graduate from Chinquapin, but you never really stop being a Burr.

We’ve been hard at work getting campus ready, and now we’re counting down the days until our Burrs are back! ❤️

Our new Head of School has a special welcome-back message for our students, families, alumni, and the entire Chinquapin community as we get ready to kick off another year together.
