📜 Honoring Highlands History! 📜 This bunch of historians did a fantastic job showcasing their James T. White research projects. The Historical Society of Highlands was proud to partner with Highlands Elementary School for this special annual tradition. James T. White was a former Highlands Mayor, teacher, and clammer who played a crucial role in protecting our local baymen and securing the facility that keeps Highlands' historic clamming industry thriving today. We are so proud of our students for keeping our maritime heritage alive! Great job! 👏🐚✨
