We welcomed Professor Hyon Namgung from MSU Denver for a special guest lecture. Students learned about careers in higher education and were introduced to criminology and criminal justice.

‘광복 80주년’을 주제로 한 유아유치부의 ‘아름다운 세상’ 율동 발표입니다. 광복 이후 우리가 함께 만들어 온 ‘아름다운 세상’을 잘 표현했나요?
우리 유아유치부 친구들이 후렴구를 부를 때 특히 목청을 높이는 모습이 정말 귀엽죠? 우리 선조들이 지키고 후손들이 가꾸어 온 아름다운 세상이 잘 표현된 것 같아요.
This is the “Beautiful World” dance performance by our preschool and kindergarten children, presented in celebration of the 80th anniversary of Liberation Day.
Do you think they expressed well the “beautiful world” we have built together since liberation? Isn’t it adorable how our young friends especially raise their voices during the chorus?
I think they did a wonderful job portraying the beautiful world protected by our ancestors and nurtured by future generations.

지난 6일에 있었던 우리학교 종강식에서는 유아유치부가 주제학습 발표를 했습니다.
이번 한 학기 동안 우리학교 학생들은 ‘광복 80주년’을 맞아 각 부서별 발표 수업을 진행했고, 유아유치부는 광복 이후 우리가 함께 만들어 온 ‘아름다운 세상’을 주제로 노래와 율동을 발표했어요. 반짝반짝한 머리띠를 하고 노래와 율동을 하는 유아유치부는 학부모님들과 참석한 모든 학생들의 시선을 사로잡았어요.
At our school’s closing ceremony on the 6th, the Early Childhood Department presented their themed project.
Throughout this semester, our students held presentation classes in each department to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Korea’s Liberation. The Early Childhood Department presented a song and dance performance under the theme “The Beautiful World We Have Built Together After Liberation.”
Wearing sparkly headbands, the children sang and danced, captivating the attention of all the parents and students in attendance.
