Boys and girls fall in a spirited competition with Walled Lake Central. Lessons were learned and we continue to grow. Highlight was Jacob Belliston breaking the School Record in the Pole Vault.

Alumni and Milford Track & Field Family. We are looking for Volunteer workers for our 4 home meets this season. I am seeking volunteers for the following meets.

Tuesday, April 14th at Milford versus Walled Lake Northern 4:00pm Field Events
Saturday, April 18th at Milford (10 teams) 10:00am Field Events
Tuesday, April 21st at Milford versus WLW & SLE 4:00pm Field Events
Friday, May 15th at Milford MHSAA Regional 2:00pm Field Events

*We ask that our volunteers arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the event. Coaches will get the event set-up and assist with clipboards, measuring devices and any other items.

Typically we like to have minimally 2 adults at each of our five (High Jump, Long Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, and Discus) events.

Red Tode DMR runs 10:28,32 to finish 6th in their heat, 21st out of 58 teams at the New Balance Nationals Indoors at Boston. Proud of what the boys created through their investment into the sport and their team.

Milford Senior Kyle O'Rourke Runs 14.41.41 in the 5k at in Boston. New 2nd in his heat, 9th overall, and 3rd fastest time All-Time indoor in Michigan.

Red Tide places 2nd at the Michigan Indoor State Championships.10:27.05 2nd fastest AT. Fastest on 200m flat track. 18th R/T medal in the DMR.

Congratulations to Milford Senior Kyle O'Rourke on running 8:59.22 at Grand Valley today. Breaking 9 minutes for 3200m is monumental accomplishments.

Milford Boys add the 2024 Lakes Valley Conference Championship Meet Title to their list of accomplishments. Girls finish as Runner-Up. Great season continues.
