โจ EMBODYING WISDOM FIGURES โจ
In Individual and Group Work
๐ Sunday, March 1, 2026
โณ 3.5-Hour Experiential Session
๐ญ With Rebecca Walters, MS, TEP
Wisdom Figuresโknown across models as the Wise Mind (DBT), Self (IFS), or Autonomous Healing Center (Psychodrama)โare not just concepts but embodied roles that can be accessed through action, movement, voice, posture, and relationship.
This fully experiential session invites participants to explore how Wisdom Figures can be discovered or co-created through actual relationships, symbolic figures, or imaginative sources. Using deep interviewing and role reversal, participants will actively engage in the process of developing a Wisdom Figure and experiencing its presence in action. Applications for both individual and group work will be demonstrated and practiced.
