Lankershim Elementary kicks off our 29th Annual Career Awareness Week “Aspire, Act, Achieve” with our Keynote Speaker: Dr. Wil Greer. Thanks to Dr. Greer for inspiring our Lankershim Lion Scholars! Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible women supporting our Lankershim Lion Scholars! Thanks to our Dual Immersion families for coming out and celebrating Cafecito con Mama with us on Friday! Thanks to our Dual Immersion Teachers for planning the event!

In addition to supporting our scholars' literacy, we provide parents with strategies to support their children at home. Excellent work, Mrs. Cauldren, on training families in the 6-step phonics technique.

Our amazing Maintenance teams continue to replace filters throughout the district! recovery.

We are so excited about being awarded the 2024 California PBIS award. We strive everyday to provide our scholars with the best experience possible.

Congratulations to our 2024 Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze PBiS Implementation Award-Winning Schools by the California PBiS Coalition for reflecting excellence in the measurement of fidelity as well as their efforts in implementing the core features of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.

The decision was made based on ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, staff and families as we navigate these challenging times.
