Farewell Fest is tomorrow night and we hope to see you all there! All activities are free, with the exception of the Taco Truck, which will be for individual purchase. The Kona Ice truck is free, but cones are first come, first serve so hit them early! And don't forget to join us inside at 715pm for our "senior walk" for any former Viking 6th-12th graders who want to have a final clap out.

Last night our members voted unanimously to donate HVE PTA's remaining balance at the end of this year to the HVE Legacy Scholarship Fund. This money will be held by the LISD Education Foundation and will go to graduating seniors who attended HVE. The estimated donation amount will be approximately $4800 (though this is subject to change).

UPDATE: Due to ongoing rain and muddy field conditions, as well as a packed schedule with Hawkfest, Friday Nite Live, and school retirement events, we have moved tonight's movie night to Saturday, May 10th. Make sure you've got all our other EOY events on your calendars as well. Former Vikings are invited to the Legacy Event on May 3rd and Farewell Fest on May 22nd.

We are keeping a close eye on the weather and will decide by 2pm on Friday if we will need to cancel. If we do cancel, an email will go out to parents and we will also post it here.
