Piano Power In-home, private music lessons in piano, guitar, voice & drums. Serving neighborhoods in northern Chicago and the North Shore suburbs since 2007.

Lessons for kids & adults. We provide energetic, upbeat, and creative instruction in piano, guitar, voice, and drums. We have one goal: to foster a lifelong love of music in our students. Our devoted instructors currently work with over 500 students in Chicago and the North Shore. We provide a streamlined and fulfilling work experience for our instructors, many of whom are an active part of Chicago's music scene.

Last month, we in the Piano Power community lost a best friend, a surrogate mother and big sister, and a mentor extraordinaire. Pam Worth was an invaluable mentor to Abraham, a lifelong best friend to our office manager Marla, and a warm and generous presence for Lara (me) and Stella, and the entire PP community. ☀️🌻

"Learning this piece was so fun & very challenging. To me this piece evokes feelings of contemplation, ease, and the moon peeking through the clouds after a thunderstorm...I was super nervous to perform it in front of others, but feel really proud of myself for pushing through my anxiety!" From Bob's teacher Sam: "It’s amazing to watch how much Bob continues to grow as a musician. We’ve been working on jazz, and he knocked it out of the park with this challenging jazz standard “Nica’s Dream.” He plays with two jazz groups at school now and continues to impress me with his creativity and musical instincts!" 💚🧡 Love this!!!
