The Art Center’s legendary Recycled Art Sale is back from October 16 to October 24, 2026. This vibrant annual event showcases thousands of unique art pieces generously donated by private collectors, galleries, and institutions.

This year’s donations have reached a record number of items, with attendees having the chance to discover a massive array of paintings, ceramics, sculptures, jewelry, and more, all at affordable prices. Not only will you find incredible treasures, but your participation will directly support The Art Center’s educational programs and outreach initiatives.

The sale begins Friday, October 16 at 5 PM with a ticketed event for early access, which is usually attended by the serious collector or reseller. The second wave of attendees is admitted an hour later.

The sale continues for eight days (and one night) with the artwork constantly refreshed. Visitors are encouraged to return multiple times, aware that donations continue even during the sale.

Join Donovan Mixon on Thursday night at The Art Center as he unveils a new performance titled Finding Center: A Sonic Memoir at The Art Center.

Donovan will be joined by fellow musicians for a performance that is a meditation on chaos and calm, loss and love, despair and hope — a search for balance that feels both intimate and universal.

“Music has been my anchor and my refuge,” Mixon shares. “It has helped me navigate the storm, find fleeting moments of peace, and hold onto the light even as darkness loomed.”
