Life and Faith Collide: Making Sense of Life’s Struggles. Helping moms raise their kids to know Jesus

Start doing this today 👇🏼

If I wanted to rock 1 consistent faith habit with my family by summer, here’s exactly what I would start doing today.

Let’s be real… summer isn’t that far away. You know that feeling when June hits, and you’re thinking, “If only I had started back in March…”?
Yeah, we’re NOT doing that this year. This time, you’re getting ahead of it.

Here’s what I’d do if I were starting fresh today:

🔹 Step 1: Pick a faith habit you want to rock (prayer, scripture reading, worship together, etc) – Most people overthink this, but it’s actually simple. Instead of trying to get everything set up perfectly first [common mistake], just start by announcing your intention and trying it for 2 minutes or less. Trust me, small changes add up FAST.
🔹 Step 2: Use a tracker – You don’t need to be perfect; you just need to be consistent. Forget the all-or-nothing mindset. Just focus on showing up for yourself a little every day. That’s what actually gets results.
🔹 Step 3: Let go of the need to do it perfectly – This one is a MUST. If you’ve ever thought, “Why am I not making progress?”—chances are, you’re skipping this. When we have an idea of what it’s “supposed” to look like ahead of time, we’re more likely to get frustrated and quit when it doesn’t work. Be open to learning how it works best for YOUR family.

The difference between you feeling stuck this summer and actually hitting your goal?

The tiny decision to start right now. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to take the first step.

So if you’re serious about rocking 1 consistent faith habit with my family by summer but don’t want to waste time guessing what works,
