Stat of the Month - More than 65 paraeducators are advancing through NKU’s Pathway for Paraeducators. The program graduated its first 13 participants this spring, with more than 52 still enrolled. By allowing school employees to keep working while earning their degrees and teaching certificates, the program is building Kentucky’s teacher pipeline from within its own classrooms.
