Children’s literature can open the door to mathematical thinking! 📚

KCM Numeracy Counts Academy mentors Julie Adams and Kricket McClure will present "Children’s Literature, A Door to Mathematical Thinking" at the 2026 Kentucky Reading Association (KRA) Fall Conference in Louisville this Friday, October 16.

Join them to explore how read alouds, manipulatives, writing, and mathematical discourse can help children build mathematical understanding, reasoning, and positive mathematical dispositions.
