Just a reminder that tomorrow is black and yellow spirit day! We invite all of our Jaguars to show their school pride tomorrow as we enjoy our first pep rally of the year by wearing black and yellow as we come together as one school and one team. We can't wait to see our hallways filled with Jaguar spirit!

✨What an AMAZING First Day at Johnson Street Global Studies! ✨

Today was filled with smiling faces, new friendships, exciting learning, and so many moments that reminded us why we love what we do. From welcoming our newest Game Changers to seeing returning students confidently walk through our doors, the energy throughout our building was incredible!

Our teachers and staff have worked tirelessly to prepare classrooms where every student feels welcomed, challenged, and loved. Today was just the beginning of what we know will be an unforgettable year of learning, growth, and success.

Thank you to our families for trusting us with your children each day. We are excited to partner with you as we help every student discover their potential and make a difference in our school and beyond.

Jaguar Nation, the countdown is almost over, and we are beyond excited to welcome our scholars back to Johnson Street Global Studies TOMORROW! We can't wait to kick off an amazing school year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories.

As a reminder, doors open for scholars at 7:25 am with the late bell ringing at 7:45 am. This year, scholars will need to walk through our new metal detectors therefore it will take them a little bit of time to get used to it so please bare with us for the first few weeks while our scholars get accustomed to our new system. As families who are bringing their scholars to school, we ask that everyone please drive through the car rider parking lot, pull through the lot, and have your child ready to exit your vehicle as quickly as possible. For your scholars safety, families are asked to please not let your children out of your vehicles anywhere other than in the car rider line. We want to ensure all of our scholars safety so this is extremely important. Please also note that only scholars who are in our adaptive EC classroom or who are bus riders, are permitted to come through the front driveway. Families please be patient for the first few weeks as everyone will be getting accustomed to school being back in session.

Tomorrow, we are excited to host Coffee, Kleenex, and Connections for our Kindergarten families on Tuesday morning from 7:30-8:15 am. This will provide support for our Kindergarten families as they bring their scholars to school for the very first time.

Also, occurring this week is our First Friday event. We invite all scholars to wear black and gold OR jaguar print to show their school spirit on Friday as this will be a time of fun for all.

We can't wait to see your smiling faces tomorrow morning. Let's make this our best year yet. Game on, Jaguars! See you in the morning!🐾

A big THANK YOU to our amazing Jaguar Kindergarten families for joining us for Popsicles on the Playground! 🍦💙

While the weather had other plans and we had to move the fun indoors to the gym, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and have the opportunity to welcome our newest Jaguars. We are excited to partner with you for an incredible school year!

We can't wait to welcome all of our K–8 Jaguar families to Open House this Friday!

🐆 K–5: 5:00–6:00 PM
🐆 Grades 6–8: 6:00–7:00 PM

We look forward to seeing everyone there as we kick off another fantastic year together. Go Jaguars!
