I worked for eight years with my mother, Carol Young (my mentor and a top producing Real Estate Agent in High Point for the last 33 years). My passion for historic homes and bringing them back to life
led me to a career of renovating homes for myself and for others. With each project I learned how a house is constructed, the mechanics that make up a house, and a proficiency in the city building code. I also have an eye for helping people visualize what a house can be with a little work and how the work can increase its value. Whether old or new, buying or selling, I have the knowledge and tools to help clients locate their dream home, negotiate an offer to purchase, and assist them through the complicated process to closing. As a High Point native, I have the unique ability to help my clients with a multitude of facets outside of the buying and selling process.
