Sechrest Art Gallery is primarily an educational gallery that provides the High Point University and the greater High Point communities with rotating exhibitions in a range of media. These exhibitions will offer opportunities to interact with exhibiting artists and hear them speak about their work. Exhibitions will involve solo displays from artists currently active in their fields as well as grou

p shows and works from a variety of collections including the University’s Permanent Collection that have a more historic purpose. All exhibitions, gallery talks, and openings are publicized locally and regionally and open to the public.
