REQUESTING INFORMATION as Concerns "Updates on HPC 50th REUNION...

Our Reunion Committee has worked for over 2 years to plan a memorable gathering on this September 10 & 11, 2021. Recent COVID spikes in Guilford County and NC, coupled with County and venue mask Mandates for inside gatherings, however, have led our Committee to reluctantly determine that it is in everyone’s best interest to reschedule our Reunion at an outside, covered venue, Davis Deck at Rockers Stadium on Saturday, April 23, 2022. This is the only date that an outside venue is available to us before mid-summer 2022.

We’ve already worked through many of the details with a promise to make our 52nd Reunion a roaring success! As final plans materialize, we’ll provide updates by email and on the Reunion website (hpc1970reunion.com), We hope to make a robust effort to sign up additional classmates to join us next spring, when, hopefully, more folks will be vaccinated and COVID cases will be substantially reduced.

Put the weekend of April 22-23, 2022 on your calendar now, and contact other classmates who may be more comfortable in a fresh air event without masks, urging them to make plans to join the Celebration. After so many Pandemic postponements, your Reunion Committee remains determined to make our time together an affair to remember. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe in the coming months.

A "Reunion" is being planned for our "50th YEAR ANNIVERSARY" ‼September 22nd at the Courtyard of the String and Splinter Club, in High Point, NC. If you are interested in attending, please respond as soon as possible. The entry fee is $50 per attendee.
