🚛💛 Our preschool friends had a blast creating their very own yellow dump trucks! They painted their dump trucks yellow and then added “dirt” for their trucks to carry. They even counted their “dirt” as they loaded up their trucks!

🎨 Painting their dump trucks strengthened fine motor control and hand-eye coordination, while holding and using paintbrushes helped build the hand muscles needed for future writing skills.

🔢 Counting their “dirt” as they placed it into their trucks helped develop one-to-one correspondence and early math skills.

Learning through play makes learning so much fun! 💛

Our Pre-K friends had so much fun creating their very own sand buckets!
They used dot painting to add colorful designs, making each bucket as unique and creative as they are!
This fun activity wasn’t just about making something cute, it also helped build fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, color recognition, creativity, and concentration. ✋🧠🌈
We love watching our little learners turn simple materials into something special! 💕 And these buckets are definitely ready for some summer fun! 🏖️

🐚🌊 Pre-K Shell-tastic Learning! 🌊🐚

Our Pre-K friends had a shell of a time getting creative today! 🎨💙💗🧡 They used colorful pieces of tissue paper to create their very own seashell-inspired masterpieces.
But this activity was about so much more than making something beautiful!
While creating, our little learners practiced fine motor skills through picking up, placing, and gluing tiny pieces of paper. They also worked on hand-eye coordination, color recognition, concentration, creativity, and following directions.

Activities like this give children the opportunity to explore, make choices, and express their creativity while building important skills they’ll use every day. 🌟
We love watching our Pre-K kiddos learn, create, and have fun along the way! 🐚💕

Yesterday our Pre-K class got creative with a fun fish craft! But of course, around here, play and learning go hand in hand. 💙
As our little artists designed their fish, they were also working on:
✏️ Fine motor skills – strengthening those little hand muscles through coloring, gripping, and creating
🧠 Hand-eye coordination – carefully adding details and working with their materials
🎨 Creativity & self-expression – every fish was completely unique, just like each child!
🗣️ Language & communication – talking about their creations and sharing ideas with friends
🤝 Social skills – learning to share supplies, take turns, and work alongside classmates
👀 Following directions – listening, focusing, and completing a multi-step activity
The best part? They’re having SO much fun that they don’t even realize how much they’re learning! 🥰🐠
Learning through play is what Pre-K is all about! 💙

Our little toddler learners had a whale of a time with this fun whale art activity! 🐋💙
But this activity was about so much more than making a cute craft! While painting, our children were building fine motor skills as they used cotton balls to dab and paint, strengthening those little hand and finger muscles. They were also practicing hand me eye coordination, creativity, color recognition, and sensory exploration. 🖌️👐✨

Activities like this give children the opportunity to explore, make choices, get a little messy, and most importantly learn through hands on experiences! 💙

Our End of Summer Party was the PERFECT way to wrap up an unforgettable summer! 🎉

Our school age crew soaked up every last bit of summer fun with a giant water slide, lots of splashing, a movie, pizza, and plenty of laughs! 🌊🍕🎬
From wet clothes and wild water slide rides to relaxing together for a movie and enjoying some yummy food, these kiddos definitely know how to celebrate summer in style! 😎☀️

We may be saying goodbye to summer, but we’re taking so many fun memories with us! 💙
Now… WHO’S READY FOR BACK TO SCHOOL?! 🎒✏️😂
