Good day, Holy Family CYO Families:

On May 3, 2026, Holy Family CYO will hold its annual CYO vs Cancer car wash fundraiser at Holy Family School in Hicksville, from 830am-1pm.The rain date is May 17.

Each year Holy Family CYO does this car wash to benefit the family of a child who is battling cancer. This is a great opportunity for the present and former players to give back to others where they can wash cars, hold signs, collect donations, etc.

We'd like to have as many of our players there as possible to show our support!! Please considering volunteering, donating, or supporting this cause in any way possible.

See picture attached of the little girl we are supporting this year! In January, at 6 years old Antonella was diagnosed with T-cell ALL leukemia. Furthermore, scans revealed a brain tumor and a chest tumor. Antonella is currently undergoing a 3-year regimen of chemotherapy as well as spinal treatments and steroids. Antonella's single mom had to quit work to take care of her daughter. As a result, medical and household bills are mounting, creating severe financial hardship for this family.
