We are excited to welcome Remi Farnan to the Book Fairies Board of Directors. Remi brings a wealth of nonprofit leadership experience in governance, fundraising, volunteer engagement, and organizational development. She has served in leadership roles with organizations including the Junior League and Sangha Education Center. With a bachelor's degree from SUNY Oneonta, an MBA from Baruch College, and more than a decade of experience in project management and operations throughout the New York metropolitan area, Remi's expertise and passion for community impact will be a tremendous asset to Book Fairies.

Thanks to the generosity of our community and the dedication of our volunteers, 27,347 books are now on their way to classrooms, libraries, nonprofit organizations, and children who need them most. This marks our largest book fair distribution of the year so far!

Every book that left our warehouse represents so much more than pages and a cover. It’s a chance for a child to discover a favorite story, for a teacher to fill a classroom library, and for a family to build a home library together. These books will spark imaginations, encourage learning, and help foster a lifelong love of reading.

A special thank you to Teachers Federal Credit Union for sponsoring this Book Fair and to their incredible team of employee volunteers who helped make the event run seamlessly. Your partnership and hands-on support played an important role in making this day such a success.

To everyone who donates books, volunteers their time, and supports our mission—thank you. Because of you, thousands of books are finding new homes and opening new worlds for readers across our community.
