Hicksville Aces Class of 2026 Community and class involvement are important building blocks in character development and education.

This Friday amd Saturday February 6th and 7th is the Hicksville Archery Tournament and we are hosting a bake sale. We are in need of baked goods for the sale. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, snack mixes, brownies, etc. We would need them brought to the school Commons on Friday February 6th by 4:00pm. You can also arrange for us to pick them up. 🍪 🍰 🧁 🥧

We are 1 week away from our Monster Mash Dances we are hosting on Saturday October 25th!! We are really excited for this event, and hope that you will share in our excitement by volunteering 🙋‍♂️ 🙋‍♀️

PreK - 4th grade will have their dance from 12:30pm - 2:30pm
5th grade - 8th grade will have their dance from 6:00pm - 8:00pm

We need volunteers for both dances as well as decorating and setting up the night before so there are a few different times for people to volunteer. If you are going on the senior trip it will earn you more points off your trip. We will also give NHS volunteer hours to those who need them or volunteer hours for other programs if needed.

We also need donations of cookies, chips, and pretzels.

If anyone has Halloween decorations that we could use for the dance those would be appreciated as well!!

It is a costume dance so volunteers who work the dances are welcome to dress up as well. It’s not required but if it’s your thing then join in the fun! (school appropriate costumes please).

Today is the last day to register for the senior trip to Virginia Beach. Contact Ashley Hammond (419-406-0911) or Mandy Ridgway (419-487-1417) to express intent, and $100 must be turned in to secure your spot. Checks can be made to HHS class of 2026, and turned into Mrs. Shock.

We have a very exciting itinerary and we can't wait to spend some fun days with you this spring!!

To register, contact Ashley Hammond or Mandy Ridgway to express interest and arrange deposit payment. $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. Registration closes on Oct 15th.

Parade starts promptly at 5:45 tonight from the fairgrounds. If your senior is riding the float and throwing candy have them there between 5:00-5:15pm.

Class of 2026 Parents 🔊 Have your students show you their email I sent out yesterday. FC students received the same email. Lots of updates in there. If you are in the Remind group or GroupMe then you can see it there. I’m not posting here due to not wanting the details shared publicly. Or you can DM the page and I will send it to you.

Please let us know if you can help out with our last fundraiser and we hope to see you all at the Senior trip meeting Wednesday night at 6:00pm.

There will be a student and parent informational meeting for the Senior Trip on Wednesday, September 24 at 6:00pm in the Commons.

We will have additional information and pricing available. If your student is considering going on the trip, you should plan on attending.

Community walk-through is from 4:30 - 5:30, with our exclusive guests arriving at 6:00!
