This week, we are spending time with the South Carolina Synod at their annual assembly.

We were delighted to spend time with Southern alumni this evening, celebrating the relationships that continue long after graduation and the diverse ministries through which our graduates faithfully serve others.

Whether you are an alumnus or a friend of LTSS, you are an important part of the Southern family. We are thankful for the opportunities to strengthen these relationships. We’re here for the entirety of assembly if you’d like to stop by to say hi, share a story from your time in seminary, or connect us with a future seminarian, we would love to see you!

As the South Carolina Synod is in the midst of electing its next bishop, we invite you to keep the synod, its voting members, and all those discerning this call in your prayers. May the Holy Spirit grant wisdom and guidance throughout this important time.

United Methodists from across South Carolina are gathering in Greenville this week for the 2026 Annual Conference. We’re grateful for the LTSS students and alumni who are part of the holy work happening there.

As the Conference reflects on Jesus’ question, “What do you see?” we’re praying for clarity and Spirit‑led vision for the church we’re becoming together.

Celebrating an evening of fellowship and togetherness with LTSS alumni at the South Carolina Methodist Annual Conference. Grateful for alumni and current students to connect and share our callings in this amazing community.

Connections old and new were celebrated this week at the Florida-Bahamas Synod Assembly!

Kristi had the opportunity to spend time with several of our current seminarians and four students who will be joining the LTSS community in Fall 2026. It is always exciting to meet those who are answering God's call and preparing for lives of ministry and service.

We were also delighted to gather with LTSS alumni for lunch, sharing stories, renewing friendships, and celebrating the many ways our graduates continue to serve the church and their communities.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Whether you are a current student, incoming student, alumnus, or friend of LTSS, you are an important part of the LTSS family. We are grateful for these opportunities to connect and look forward to seeing many more of you throughout the summer!

Alumni Day was filled with joy, connection, and gratitude as friends gathered from near and far to remember, reconnect, and look ahead with hope. Even more exciting—we exceeded our goal of 100 donors for the Day of Giving!
