The exhaustion that doesn't go away no matter how much you sleep. The chronic pain nobody has real answers for. The brain fog that makes it hard to just get through your day.

90% of your vagus nerve signals travel from your gut up to your brain.

When your gut biom is off your entire nervous system is locked in survival mode

95% of your serotonin is made in your gut.

The anxiety, the depression, the inability to feel calm or safe -- it isn't a character flaw. It's a physical issue.

Strength isn’t just built in the gymβ€”it starts in your cells, where the first signs of aging begin. By your 40s, the mitochondria
begin to decline. As they become less efficient, energy levels drop and physical strength fades, leaving you feeling weak and run down.

Balancing diet, exercise and mediation begins with choices, or intention. Prioritizing your wellness and learning more and implementing small changes

Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.
