Thank you for believing in our staff, supporting our students and entrusting me to be your principal for the last 7 years. My heart is full with all the love and success we have accomplished together and I want to say thank you!

As I leave to work with Parents as Teachers, I want to wish you all the very best.

Pleae share your love, compassion and grace with Ms. Ferguson as she comes in to continue the amazing work we do together here at Southwest!

Thank you to our amazing Speech Therapists! Calderon and Watson are an amazing duo that helps our students daily find their words! Our speech therapist ROCK!

Greetings! It’s hard to believe it is already time to celebrate the end of the year. We will host grade level celebrations Monday and Tuesday. Here are a few things to know…

1. Enter through lower gym doors (down the ramp)
2. Doors will open 20 minutes prior to the celebration start time
3. Students will be signed out in the gym
4. No parents will be allowed to go back to the classroom
5. Once celebrations are over all students (except PreK) will return to their classrooms to gather their things and then be brought back to the gym for dismissal

Please be patient with us as we ensure all students enjoyment, safety and smiles as we wrap up an amazing year!
