LRU Bands

As you may have seen, the Lenoir-Rhyne Wind Symphony page recently changed its name to LRU Bands in order to be more inclusive of the many instrumental performing ensembles at LR. We hope you continue to follow the LRU Bands Facebook and Instagram pages as we lift up and celebrate our Wind Ensemble, Wind Symphony, Jazz Ensemble, and the many chamber ensembles at LRU. We are excited for the final LR Wind Ensemble and Wind Symphony concert of the year "Life Cycles" on April 28th at 7:30pm! Come see a variety of music reflecting on our journey through life, highlighted by the light design of the LR theater department. Admission is free and doors open at 7:10pm.

Music will be performed by the Catawba New Horizons Band and the LRU Wind Ensemble.

Our student conductors have been hard at work with the LR Wind Ensemble! We hope to see you this Thursday at 7:30pm in PE Monroe Auditorium where they will showcase their work in a variety of wind band pieces.
