When U ask someone 4 their thoughts & listen 2 understand, people feel valued & respected ...develops critical thinking skills; encourages people 2 think through issues & work out problems. Always ask & listen. Never assume U know.

Most issues can B resolved B4 they become conflict if we just ask & listen 1st 2 learn what is really going on. We jump into things blindly with assumptions & personal biases trying 2 “fix” things & people. Listen 1st 2 understand.

Without inclusion, U simply have a diverse group of people whom U will never B able 2 realize the diverse perspectives & experiences. Inclusion is when every individual feels safe 2 be him or herself...respected & valued 4 individual uniqueness.
