When it comes to Kratom, legal doesn’t always mean safe.

7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), a form of Kratom, is a highly potent, opioid-like compound with significant risks, including addiction, withdrawal, and serious health complications – and can contribute to overdose deaths. Even small amounts can be dangerous.

Its high potency and unregulated availability in products like gummies, capsules, and powders significantly increase the risk of misuse, dependence, and accidental overdose, and concentrated 7-OH products are often sold online, in smoke shops, and at gas stations. While there is a natural botanical form, most products sold today contain much higher concentrations, making them more addictive and more dangerous than the plant.

Consumers are strongly advised to avoid 7-OH products and seek medical guidance for related health concerns.
