A Discovery Flight is a relaxed, no commitment way to experience flying firsthand and see whether flight training might be right for you. During the flight, I’ll handle the takeoff and landing, and once we’re airborne, you’ll have the opportunity to take the controls and fly under my guidance.

I offer flight instruction through Skyview Aviation in Hickory at KHKY, including Private Pilot training, Instrument training, Commercial training, Flight Reviews, IPCs, and rusty pilot lessons.

KHKY gives students towered-airport experience without the stress of training inside the Charlotte Bravo.

Introductory flights are available and are typically 45–60 minutes.
