What an incredible experience today taking our students to Camp Courageous. Our students were able to enjoy the therapeutic pool, climb trees out in the wilderness, and experience an exhilarating zip line adventure.

What makes Camp Courageous so special is that all activities are fully accessible, creating a space where our students can truly feel included, supported, and empowered.

A huge thank you to our building administration for supporting this opportunity, our bus driver for getting us there safely, and the incredible Camp staff who made the day so memorable. Most importantly, thank you to our amazing paraprofessionals whose patience, compassion, flexibility, and dedication made this experience possible for our students. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and today was a beautiful reminder of the impact you make every single day.

Today, kindergartners investigated how pushes can change the speed and direction of falling objects. In our activity, Boulder Bounce, we played a game where students designed solution that protects a model town called Tiny Town from a bouncing-ball “boulder.”
