A Hard Update, But an Honest One 🤍

After months of trying to work through platform restrictions, my website has been flagged as “gambling,” which means I can no longer process payments at this time.

I want to be very clear: my platform has never been gambling. It has always been a mystery-box style purchase where customers always received more than their dollar value in physical products.

Unfortunately, platform policies don’t always allow room for nuance, and after fighting this behind the scenes for a couple of months, I’ve decided to pause rather than force the business into something it was never meant to be.

I didn’t want Shop! With Hailee to become just a resale boutique, so I’m stepping back to rethink the right path forward.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s a pause. Thank you for the support, trust, and love you’ve shown me. 🤍
