As we begin this new month, we want to take a moment to recognize the dedication, resilience, and commitment our students demonstrate every day. The healthcare field requires compassion, excellence, and perseverance, and our students continue to rise to the challenge. February is a time for recognition, reflection, and celebration. During Black History Month, we honor the history, contributions, culture, and legacy of the Black community, whose impact has been fundamental in shaping our society across areas such as science, healthcare, education, the arts, and civil rights. It is a time to learn, appreciate diversity, and reaffirm our commitment to inclusion, respect, and equity.

We received the maximum six-year term awarded for reaffirmation. This achievement reflects the high quality of education provided at Med College and confirms that we continue to meet all required standards and benchmarks while operating with excellence.
