All iPads, iPad cases, charger bricks and cables will be collected on Wednesday, May 29th and Thursday, May 30th through Social Studies classes for grades 6-11. iPad Collection for 12th grade students will be taking place on Friday, May 17th.

Of the over 2,549, 742 Highschool students in the state of Florida, 1333 were chosen as finalists by their regions to represent at the State of Florida Science and Engineering Fair. Our own Isabella Gonzalez and Leonardo Ravelo were among only 20 MDCPS District (Public, Private, Charter, Homeschool) Middle and High regional finalists chosen to represent the South Florida Region at the South Florida Science and Engineering Fair. Isa was awarded a UF plant sciences scholarship, and they placed 4th in the state!

This past weekend, our middle and high student council attended the Florida Association of Student Council State Conference in Panama City. Our participating knights had the opportunity to gather for the purpose of meeting other student leaders, hearing quality speakers/ presenters, sharing ideas, and enhancing their leadership skills by actively participating in convention sessions and workshops! They represented as the District President school, earned 10 awards in high school and 8 in middle school, and were again awarded a Gold Medallion!
