👩‍🍳🍓🍕 Chef Day in Mrs. Butler’s Class!

Mrs. Butler’s Kindergarteners wrapped up their learning about community helpers with a fun-filled Chef Day! Our little chefs made yogurt parfaits, cut their own strawberries, and even built their very own mini pizzas.

Learning, creating, and having fun while discovering what chefs do—what a delicious way to finish their unit! 👏💜🦅

Mesquite families: Today, Ms. Butler's class learned a bit about how our communities are built, learning about construction workers, engineers, architects, and the tools and machines they use. They tried their hand at building bird feeders, thanks to the generosity of Home Depot. The kids loved it, but the consensus was that construction is hard work.
