Due to road conditions brought about by Tropical Storm Hilary all HUSD schools will be closed Monday 8/21/23. Regular school hours will resume Tuesday 8/22/23.

Busses are running really late today. With the change in bus stops many students are confused about their bus stops. Please take a minute tonight and review stops with your child so they know where their new stop is. If you are registering a NEW student currently, please note that the process starts online. Once the online registration is completed you will need to wait for a phone call to finish your child's registration in the office. Your child is NOT enrolled unless you have finished all paperwork in the office and are given the current teacher. Please note this is only for NEW enrollments. We have a long list of last-minute online enrollments and we will be giving you a phone call as soon as we make our way down the list. Thank you for your patience.

Such a great Saturday. Students from Hollvale and Eucalyptus participated in our first Chess Tournament.

In addition to celebrating Educator Appreciation Week, it is also Nurse Week! Although we began celebrating our amazing School Nurse Mrs. Raelene last week, we couldn’t have ended this week without thanking her. Mrs. Raelene, thank you for helping each Koala whether they’re actually feeling sick, or just wanting a break from class by hanging out with you. Your job is not an easy one. However, you handle it all ✨SO✨ graciously, from bloody noses, students with accidents, vomiting students, those with fevers, and especially those with much more serious situations; how do you handle it all on those days where every possible situation happens at the same time?! You don’t complain when you have 8+ students in your office at once, you make each students visit personable, and make their day better, even if it’s with an ice pack! Mrs. Raelene, we greatly appreciate everything you do!👩‍⚕️💚🐨
