Hesperia Community Schools Theater is excited to announce that soon the halls will be alive with The Sound of Music. That’s right! On April 28th and 29th, our theater program will be presenting Rodgers and Hammerstein’s beloved musical The Sound of Music. We will once again be performing the show at The Dogwood Performing Arts Center. Tryouts will be on TUESDAY, JANUARY 17th, in the ELEMENTARY MUSIC ROOM, room 101. High school students should come at 7:30 PM. MS students will come at 6:45 PM, and elementary students will come at 6:00 PM. Audition packets will be available next Wednesday, January 11th, in all of the school offices. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Blount. If you aren’t really sure if theater is for you, get a packet and come anyway. We can use people to help behind the scenes, also!! Auditions are open to grades 3 through 12.
