SHU Upward Bound Upward Bound is a federally-funded college preparatory program for high school students.

This program develops academic and life skills necessary for success in college through advisement, counseling and academic support.

We had a great day, and what a good feeling it gave the students to know they were helping others in a big way at Fresh Start Pantry in Bridgeport!
