Residents! Before you start the registration process for the 2022 Conference, PLEASE make sure you have discussed with your RPD if you are expected to present your research as a platform or poster. Once you have confirmed this - make sure you select the correct option when registering! In general, most PGY1s will present a platform session at the ESC but this should be confirmed with your RPD prior to registering. Thanks!

We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2022 Eastern States Conference is now open with an early-bird registration deadline of March 1! Thank you for your patience as we have applied several updates to the web page and have been working on last-minute preparations for the 2022 meeting.

It is with great regret that the Eastern States Conference for Pharmacy Residents and Preceptors Planning Committee announces the cancellation of the 2020 Conference out of concern for the health and safety of our residents and preceptors and the patients we work hard every day to care for.

Full refunds for any conference registrations and hotel reservations at the Hershey Lodge are in the process of being issued.

We wish everyone remain safe and healthy. We look forward to hosting the Conference in 2021!
