108 times to move.

Because sometimes we have to shake things up to create something new.

To shed the layers that no longer fit.
To release what we’ve been carrying.
To make space for what’s next.
To honor the version of ourselves we’re leaving behind…
and welcome the version waiting to emerge.

The equinox reminds us that balance isn’t about staying the same—it’s about learning to move with the seasons, the shifts, the changes, and the unknown.

We breathed.
