Saying Hello to all of our new followers!

09/10/2026

✨ The proof is in the skin! ✨

Take a look at this before & after from our Detox & Moisture Renewal Spa Treatment! 👀

The difference you can see is the result of giving your skin some much-needed exfoliation + hydration. 💧✨

This treatment is a great option if your skin is:
🤍 Feeling dry or rough
🤍 Looking dull or tired
🤍 In need of some extra moisture
🤍 Dealing with dry, flaky areas
🤍 Or you simply want to feel refreshed and pampered!

The combination of exfoliating away dry, dull surface skin and following it with deep moisture leaves your skin feeling softer, smoother, and refreshed. ✨

And if you have eczema-prone or sensitive skin, we can talk through whether this treatment is appropriate for you before your appointment. 🤍

Your skin deserves some TLC, too!

💪🏼 Group training is one of my favorite parts of being a Trainer! 💪🏼

Yes, we’re here to get stronger, move our bodies, and work hard… but the friendship, camaraderie, and encouragement are what make these workouts so special. 🥹❤️

There’s something about having a group of people beside you who will:

✨ Cheer you on when the workout gets tough
✨ Push you to do one more rep
✨ Celebrate your wins
✨ Laugh with you when things get a little chaotic 😂
✨ And remind you that you’re not doing this alone

As a Trainer, watching these friendships grow and seeing how much they encourage one another honestly makes my heart so happy. 🫶🏼

The workout may build the muscle, but the community builds the motivation. 💪🏼

Watching everyone show up, work hard, encourage each other, and genuinely enjoy being together is one of my favorite things about what I do. ❤️

Come for the workout. Stay for the community. 🙌🏼

Client cancels… and suddenly I have a VERY important decision to make. 😂

Stretching? 🧘‍♀️
Or taking a nap? 😴

But honestly, self-care can look different for everyone—and it can look different for you depending on the day. Sometimes self-care is moving your body, stretching, getting a workout in, or taking a walk. Other days, it’s resting, taking a nap, slowing down, or simply giving yourself permission to do nothing.

There’s no one-size-fits-all version of self-care. ❤️

The important thing is recognizing what your mind and body need and giving yourself permission to take care of YOU.

So… client cancels. What are you choosing? 😂👇

🔥 7 WEEKS POSTPARTUM & 80 LB PR! 🔥

Coach Chelsey is putting her own 8-Week Postpartum Strength Program to the test—and the results speak for themselves! 💪🏼

Just 7 weeks postpartum, she hit an 80-pound PR for 5 reps! 🙌🏼

But this program isn’t about rushing back to where you were before pregnancy. It’s about rebuilding strength safely, intentionally, and progressively while maintaining proper pelvic floor engagement and core connection throughout each workout.

After having two babies back-to-back, Chelsey knows firsthand how challenging it can be to feel strong and confident in your body again. This program was created to meet your body where it is and gradually help you rebuild strength, stability, confidence, and endurance.

And now she’s proving that the program WORKS. 🔥

✨ 8 weeks.
✨ Progressive strength training.
✨ Pelvic floor-focused.
✨ Designed for the postpartum body.
✨ Built to help you get STRONG again.

Your postpartum journey doesn’t have to mean putting fitness on hold—it means learning how to train your body in a new season. ❤️

Ready to rebuild your strength? Let’s get you started!

What if healthy living wasn’t about dieting… but about creating a lifestyle you actually love? 🌱🍅

One of my favorite ways to nourish my family is growing our own garden and preserving our harvest through canning. It’s a reminder that nutrition isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building habits that last.

That’s exactly what Nutrition Coaching at Trinity Total Wellness is all about. I don’t just help you lose weight—I teach you how to fuel your body, create sustainable habits, and build a healthier lifestyle for years to come.

Ready to stop dieting and start living healthier? Let’s do it together. 💚
