This is a presentation of Way of the Ambush 2 at the International Peace Gardens. My daughter was recording these with her phone, so the sound fades in and out. There was two other presentations but I need to get his permission before I post them.
I thought I should start posting some of the presentation we have been doing. This is a presentation of Lien Bu at the International Peace Gardens.
There was some good dialog between my teacher Robert Young and John Rushing. I posted this in a note as It has a lot of good information.
I have added some of my practice videos to share. I have also opened up this page to allow other uses to post their own videos. If you have videos which relate to Northern Shaolin Long Fist. Please post and share. There is no expectation for the videos to be perfect as if you know what you are looking for you can tell that my videos are loaded with mistakes which I'm still working on. This is the First Tai Chi Form. This form has application which is like application found in some of the other forms only Tai Chi usually translates more into a push instead of a strike. I usually like to do this form after all my other forms as a nice cool down routine.
