Hello everyone, I’m excited to announce my fall preseason training schedule! Starting in just under a week we’ll hit the ground running with 12 weeks of focused preseason work — designed to build speed, strength, and game-ready skills before Spring.

📅 Schedule
• Mondays → Gym-based training
• Fridays → Gym-based training
• Saturdays → Field sessions

This is where we’ll sharpen first-step quickness, repeat sprint ability, and on-field mechanics — the exact tools athletes need to separate themselves when the season comes.

The other day I had an athlete ask me if there was such a thing as a bad string job, turns out there is. There’s a couple giveaways, but the biggest one is if they don’t “pound” the pocket before giving it to you. Pounding the pocket before going out to play will stretch the mesh to its final form making it more reliable and consistent. It will never change until the mesh rips or a sidewall gives out. An unpounded pocket leads to constant changes and most of the time, an illegal pocket. This may be why your stick that is newly strung feels much different than your previous.

Hello everyone, our favorite time of the year is finally here. Spring lacrosse is coming to an end and the time to separate yourself from the competition is upon us. I've been playing lacrosse my whole life and coaching for the last 4 years.
My coaching philosophy wrapped up in 2 words is fail fast. Growing up playing sports my whole life I fell in love with winning and won so much that I never learned how to appreciate the losses and learn from them. If you never learn how to fail, you're going to give up when you really lose in life. That's exactly what happened to me.
Fail fast: give 100% effort at all times, embrace the suck, think positively, give yourself some compassion, learn from the losses, get better at what you're good at and become the best at what you suck at. That's how you're going to create real confidence.
Working with young athletes I want to provide a safe and healthy environment to fail fast. Help them become the best versions of themselves first and a better athlete second. Life lessons through Lacrosse to improve their athletic abilities and mental toughness.
