Northern Virginia Shuai-Chiao Club We're Northern Virginia's only club dedicated to teaching, training, and growing the traditional Chi Please contact us for the current schedule for the month.

We train at First Defense Martial Arts Center in Herndon, VA. Generally we meet on Monday & Wednesday afternoons with the occasional Sunday morning. Other Shuai-chiao & San Shou training sessions are available upon request.

Shuai-chiao (Shuai Jiao) is a Chinese-style, grappling art. At First Defense, we practice Shuai Jiao as a supplement to the main Krav Maga program and as a stand-alone art. As a supplement to Krav Maga, it allows us to be more effective at close-range infighting and clinching - giving us more tools....
