We train at First Defense Martial Arts Center in Herndon, VA. Generally we meet on Monday & Wednesday afternoons with the occasional Sunday morning. Other Shuai-chiao & San Shou training sessions are available upon request.

The event aims to show and promote Chinese Culture, besides to provide an unique experience to all participants.

There's been wonderful excitement and engagement on the recent article and our sharing of it within our networks.
Some have asked, is this the first time shuaijiao is in Black Belt Magazine?
The answer is no. In fact, shuaijiao first appeared in Black Belt Magazine with a historical cover picture of Grandmaster Ch'ang Tung Shen in July 1983 edition.
There were many articles and covers far and between these years, but let's all agree, there should be more and we plan to publish more!
Would like inputs on what type of articles and information you would like to see in the next few articles and/or in our social media postings. (website, page, others?)
