Oh, Buffalove, look at what's going on this weekend! 🚒🚚🚑🚛

This year's Touch A Truck presented by Modern Disposal Services will take place on Sunday from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Canalside (and will be sensory-friendly until 1:25 p.m.). Then, kiddos will be able to honk the horns until 1:30 p.m.

All outdoor activities are free. Registration is not required.

As an added bonus, Explore & More will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will be offering reduced admission of just $7.16 for all guests ages 1 & up, courtesy of National Fuel. Guests looking to purchase tickets in advance can use discount code TRUCK when checking out at exploreandmore.org. Fun truck-themed crafts and activities are planned inside the museum’s Art Studio and Tinkering Tank.

Also inside the museum, Buffalo Face Paint will be providing free face painting from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Outside, guests can check out Explore & More's Family Fun Zone by Savarino Properties, LLC and programmed by Explore & More for great activities. Children can receive a toy giveaway, courtesy of Fisher-Price, while supplies last.

Everyone's favorite fox and bunny detective team will be on site for a meet & greet from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Other photo opportunities presented by Kenworth Northeast, The Summit Federal Credit Union, Zoladz Construction Co., and The OSC Charitable Foundation will be available throughout the event.

The museum's in-house restaurant will be open to everyone during the event. The Low Bridge Café, located on Explore & More's first floor by the replica canals, will have food, snacks, and refreshments available all at an affordable price so families can relax and enjoy an easy bite to eat! We'll also be serving up special Truck Tire Sundaes and other desserts featuring Perry's Ice Cream, the official ice cream of Explore & More. You can also purchase a unique tire-themed reusable water bottle and fill it up with cold, refreshing water or a Capri-Sun!

The Explore & More Gift Shop will be open to the public during normal museum hours, featuring specials, as well.

Visitors can purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win fun items including the grand prize of a Hot Wheels Energy Track. Tickets will be on sale exclusively at Touch A Truck. We'll pull a winning ticket on July 26!

Families driving in should be aware that Lloyd St, Prime St, Hanover St, and Perry St. around the museum will be closed during Touch A Truck. Families can always take the NFTA Metro Bus & Rail to Canalside. Metro Rail service is free at all above-ground stations.

Skies takes on the zoo!! 🦍🐒🦁🐯

Thank you to our families who joined us at our first Skies meet up at the zoo! We had a wonderful time seeing all the cool animals and spending time together as a childcare community. Shout out to Ms. Sheila, Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Maria for hanging out with our families today. It was a great time overall!! Stay tuned for the next meet up ☺️
