The past year has been full of challenging times and I hope everyone is doing well considering the circumstances. COVID-19 has certainly made things interesting for D4 Karate, but our determination and dedication to providing the very best in martial arts and fitness training remains firm.

As many of you know, last year D4 introduced limited online classes. While adapting to new technology posed some challenges, it also has enabled us to provide some new benefits. Over the course of the past year we have perfected the process and we are about to add some new aspects to our online offering.

Given that, I am excited to announce that EFFECTIVE Thursday, April 22, 2021- D4 Karate and Fitness will be pivoting to an entirely virtual instruction: This is a temporary situation until we can get back to normal everyday life.
